Hmedia has built a complex Cloud-based training lab for Avid Global Learning.
The lab is allocated in Microsoft Azure and contains:
- MS Windows Active Directory
- NEXIS storage
- MediaCentral platform
- Production Management (Interplay)
- MediaComposer
- Newsroom Management (iNEWS)
- Asset Management (MAM)
- Telestream Vantage
- Spectra Blackpearl second-tier storage
The lab is designed for Admin and ACSR classes. To provide students with tailor-made machines the lab is fronted by an Axis Readytech shell which allows on-time spin-up and tear-down of training systems.
That training system is an implementation of Avid’s entire workflow suite with all modules and even the new MediaCentral | Collaborate. Hence the students can not just exercise the standard classes but also discuss and practice certain workflow options.
